ICT Security Analyst Needed

Duties:

The ICT Security Analyst is accountable to the ICT Operations Manager for providing senior level management of critical Security functions within the ICT Services Branch of the Department of Treasury and Finance. The role is primarily responsible for ensuring the security of all ICT managed resources and information assets to facilitate a high-quality service delivery operation across the department.

This includes management of all aspects of the departments Information Security Management System (ISMS), ensuring compliance with the Information Security Management Framework (ISMF), management of Cyber Security initiatives and reporting, provision of professional ICT security-related expertise in a security consulting, advisory, analysis, and facilitating role, management of operational and system events, and ensuring adherence to audit and compliance requirements.

 

Special conditions:

Occasional work outside normal business hours. The incumbent may be required to undertake a Police Clearance background check. The incumbent will be required to participate in the Departmental Performance Discussion Program (PDP). The incumbent may be required to be assigned to other positions at the same remuneration level across the department.
